A very tasty recipe,Aloo Beans Bhaja, tastes absolutely delicious.Some people can find it a little hot.Its advisable to reduce the quantity of chili powder in that case.Here is the recipe for Aloo Beans Bhaja, the Oriya Style.    



                             
Ingredients

  1.     1 lb beans thoroughly washed and cut into small pieces
  2.     2 medium size potato piled and cut into small square size pieces
  3.     1 green chilli cut into pieces, 1 small piece of ginger piled and minced
  4.     1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  5.     1/2 spoon mustard, 1/2 spoon cumin seed, Salt to taste, oil for frying

How To Make Aloo Beans Bhaja
  1.     Heat a fry pan on medium heat and put 1 1/2 spoon of oil
  2.     Add mustard and cumin after the oil is hot and let them splutter
  3.     Add green chillies and ginger and fry them for 2 minutes
  4.     Add turmeric powder and mix it properly
  5.     Then add beans and potato and leave and stir it
  6.     Add chilli powder and cumin powder and cook in medium-low until beans is cooked
  7.     Serve it with rice or roti.

Presented here is the recipe for Bhendi Bhaja, the Oriya way.


Ingredients
  1.     Bhendi 250 gram
  2.     Onion
  3.     Oil per requirement
  4.     Salt (as per taste)
  5.     Haldi per taste

Method
  1.     Wash the Bhendi properly.
  2.     Cut them in small pieces.
  3.     Then cut the onion into small pieces.
  4.     Warm the frying pan and put oil into it.
  5.     Add onion into it.
  6.     Fry the onion to golden color.
  7.     Add bhendi, then salt and haldi.
  8.     Fry without putting water.
